UPDDI EPA Toxicity Study 2016

Description

Profiles of a panel of 15 test drugs in the SQL-SAL 1.5 liver model, carried out as a series of 4 studies:
1. EPA1: 3 week study comparing Tolcapone and Entacapone
2. EPA 2: Eighteen day study assessing the the toxicity of Caffeine, Valproic Acid, Thalidomide, and Warfarin.
3. EPA 3: Eighteen day study assessing toxicity of Buspirone, Metoprolol, Methotrexate, and Rifampicin.
4. EPA 4: Eighteen day study assessing toxicity of Erythromycin, Famotidine, Levofloxacin, Rosiglitazone, and Trovafloxacin.
